Cancellation:
Any order of the Product/ Services which is directly sold by SoftDreamz Technologies as first level supplier if not used within 7 days of its purchase can be cancelled with a nominal 10% convenience fee or Rs.1000 whichever is lesser plus the actual cost incurred at the end of SoftDreamz which can’t be recovered if order is cancelled.
The Products/ Services under this Category are:
1. Website Design
2. e-Course
3. Business Consulting
4. Video Recording & Editing
5. YouTube Channel Management Service
6. Logo etc. Design
7. Social Media Branding Services
But the orders for the Product or services which are sold by SoftDreamz as a reseller like
- Domains
- Hosting
- Discount Coupons
- SSL
As these items once purchased & cost already paid to the suppliers can’t be cancelled.
Process:
To Cancel/ Refund of any order, write an email to info@softdreamz.com or call us at 9711125869
Refund:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process you refund or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit / debit card statement, depending on your credit/debit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Dispute:
